We do not employ commission hungry ‘sales representatives’. However, if you would like one of our experienced solar technicians to carry out an on site survey then please contact your nearest Equinox Energy office to arrange an appointment.

Remember, the people you meet during a site visit will be the same people who will install your Equinox Energy PV system should you decide to go ahead with an installation.

During our visit we will discuss with you the PV system options for your site and answer any questions that you may have. Once back at the office we will prepare and send to you our design and itemised quotation. We’ll only call you once after that, just to make sure that you have everything that you need from us to evaluate your PV project.

We usually make a charge to undertake these on site surveys but for a limited period and within 75 miles of our office we will do this free of charge providing you can answer some simple questions beforehand over the phone. Demand for this service is high so please be prepared to wait a little while before we can to get to you.

Outside of the 75 mile limit and up to 150 miles from our office we charge £250 including VAT. The amount is payable in advance. We will refund the amount in full against a subsequent order for a PV installation.
